Adeziv tip PVA (acetovinilic) clasa D3 (D4 daca se adauga catalizatorul 302)
 

Aplicații:
NUNIVIL 1004 poate fi utilizat în special în domeniile unde se cere o rezistenţă bună la apă, cum ar fi: încăperi interioare, unde structurile din lemn, lipite, sunt expuse (pe termen scurt) la condens, respectiv la exterior, expuse la intemperii moderate. Poate fi utilizat la lipirea ansamblelor la care minim unul dintre părțile lipite este din lemn sau materiale lemnoase (de ex. scări, uși, ferestre), de asemenea poate fi utilizat pentru lipirea parchetului laminat, și a parchetului laminat asamblat prin nut. D3 (conform EN 204). Consum: cca. 150 - 200 g/m2

APPLICATIONS
It is used wherever special water resistance is required, for gluing windows and doors, kitchens and bathroom furniture made of soft and hard woods, for wooden panels covering with plastic laminate, paper and veneer by cold and hot presses.

SETTING TIME at 20°C: 20 - 30  min.
SETTING TIME at 80°C: 60 - 80 sec.
 
GLUE APPLICATION
By means of glue applicator with rollers, spatula, brush, nozzle also with pressure systems.
Clean glue applicators and equipment with hot water.
 
WARNING
Do not use the product in case the glue joint is exposed directly to the sun light.
When bonding woods with a high tannin content, the glue joint may become dark.
Do not use iron materials.
 
STORAGE
Shelf life: 12 months at 20°C in original closed packages.
To store the product at temperature higher than 30°C may cause an alteration of it.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE NOT BELOW 10°C.
